The BOLD Girl Collective

At The BOLD Girl Collective, we’re on a mission to equip Black and Brown girls with the tools, confidence, and community they need to thrive — emotionally, socially, and personally.

Founded in 2016, our organization specializes in social-emotional development for girls ages 5–15 (Grades K–9), especially those from historically marginalized communities. We believe every girl deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and powerful in her identity.

Through meaningful mentorship, culturally relevant programming, and real-world experiences, we help each BOLD Girl discover who she is — and own it boldly.

Founder & CEO

Mrs. Jamie Blunt

Jamie Blunt, the heart and visionary behind The BOLD Girl Collective, launched the organization in 2016 with a powerful mission: to create a safe space where girls are reminded of their value and raised to become confident, resilient leaders.

A proud Columbus native, Jamie’s passion was deeply rooted in the lessons passed down from her late grandmothers — women who taught her how to walk boldly in faith, speak with purpose, and never compromise her self-worth.

Her own journey inspired her to build a space where Black and Brown girls could hear:

“You were born to be different — and that’s your superpower.”

Under Jamie’s leadership, The BOLD Girl Collective has become more than a program — it’s a movement of empowerment, sisterhood, and lifelong transformation.
